Bristol University2 v BAC 0-2 (30/11/13)

The last league game before Christmas saw BAC making the short trip to Coombe Dingle for a sunny winter afternoon game against Bristol University. The game was delayed so Becs took the opportunity to warm up by polishing of an iced bun whilst Lisa considered the limited space available to do the official warm up.

BAC v Lansdown 1-1 (23/11/13)

We arrived at today’s game to find the pitch frozen and the Health & Safety men refusing to let us on the pitch! However the sun came out & the pitch started to thaw…
Our keeper tried a new tactic of showing the opposition to the changing rooms by offering free massages to relieve the stress of Lansdown’s tire blow out on the motorway!!! Bless was she just trying to get some new friends?
We were all glad to see that Daddy Lewis had turned up to bring us the LUCK!

BAC 5 – Westberries 2

We were back at home this week on a cold and murky morning.  We welcomed Ceri to the fold. Maz had won the lottery, well a fiver is better than nothing, and she was also sporting a new stick bag!

Marlborough 11 – BAC 3

Written by – Marie Davis

This week’s game started with a very early wake up call and a trek over to the splendidly fancy Marlborough College. We arrived at the unfamiliar pitch after taking a more scenic route of Marlborough and after some assistance from helpful man, to see that the Marlborough pitches were bright blue. However, unfortunately for us, the sky wasn’t looking quite the same way. After a soggy start walking round in the rain trying to locate the changing rooms (half asleep obviously), we began the warm up alongside the slightly intimidating Marlborough Ladies.
